Want to host your event at the pool?
Have your party at the pool this year! We’ll keep the pool open late (7-9pm) and you bring the people and food. Costs start at $275. Contact us at info@theathenspool.org to discuss availability and options.
Private parties:
Private parties can be held from 7-9pm for $275, plus the cost of lifeguards. Extending the party to 10pm would be an additional $125. There will be 2-3 lifeguards depending on the size of the party for $20 per lifeguard per hour.
The pool has evening spotlights and outdoor electrical outlets. Changing rooms are available in each of the bathrooms.
Vendors or other equipment can begin set up at 6pm at the back side of the pool. You provide your own food. Guests may arrive before 7pm and you are responsible for your own cleanup.
Parties during open hours:
If you wish to have a smaller party (7-10 people) while the pool is open to other swimmers, you can reserve the picnic table for $75 ($50 for members). Guests will need to pay the daily fee if they are not members.
You may bring your own food and/or cake and you are responsible for cleanup.
